Eligibility & Registration
Student Eligibility
Participation in the hackathon is open to students from colleges and universities affiliated with JNTUH (or as otherwise specified by the organizers).
Team Requirements
Each team must consist of the required number of members as per the event guidelines.
Online Registration
All participants are expected to register online through the official hackathon portal.
Payment & Completion
Registration will only be considered complete once the payment (if applicable) has been successfully made.
Important Payment Notice
Please note that registration fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Project Guidelines
Problem Statements
During the hackathon, participants must work only on the problem statements provided or approved by the organizers.
Original Work
All projects must be original, and any attempt to submit plagiarized or pre-built work will lead to disqualification.
Development Period
The entire project should be developed during the hackathon period using the resources provided, such as desktops and software.

Winners & Prizes
Winner Announcement
Winners of the hackathon will be officially announced during the JNTUH Diamond Jubilee Celebrations.
Prize Distribution
Prizes and certificates will be distributed as per the organizers' schedule, and the organizers retain the right to make adjustments to prize distribution if required.
Project Ownership
Participants will continue to retain ownership of their projects, but by joining the event, they grant the organizers and sponsors the right to showcase their work for promotional purposes, always with appropriate credit given.
Media & Promotion

By participating, attendees also agree that photographs, videos, and recordings taken during the event may be used in promotional content for:

Organizer Rights
